Wunderlist Alternative Productivity Apps

Wunderlist is a popular productivity and to do application. However, no single app is the best for everyone.

If you’re looking for alternatives then watch the video above for a quick run down of some of the top alternatives that offer some of the same features, and in some cases, additional feature sets.

Included in the video is:

  • Evernote
  • Todoist
  • Nozbe
  • Quick overview of each
  • Some of the pros and cons of each
  • Quick look at the user interface for each application in the browser

If you’re not sure which app is best, take action by just getting started. What I mean by this is to download or install a couple that seem like a good fit, perhaps one at a time, and try them for a few days each. While this will take a week or two to figure out which one is the best you will figure out more about how it fits into your routine and time management structure in that period of time than any review or video will every show you!

However, if you’re pressed for time and don’t think you could stand checking out another app, just pick the one you feel has the look and flow that fits you and stick with it – again, taking action is the key and you will benefit by choosing an app and getting started. What you don’t want to do is endlessly look applications and get stuck in analysis paralysis!

The apps mentioned here, including Wunderlist, are all great and for the most part depends on your style and work flow.
