How To Use Dates In Task In Todoist Without Automatic Assignment
Todoist is a great app but there are a few features that can be a little confusing.
One of these is the use of dates in the task field (the field where you task or other info goes).
If you write in a date or time in that field, Todoist will overwrite your assigned date in the actual date & time area…which can cause some confusion and problems.
What to do?
It turns out that all you need to do is click on the date or time that you wrote in the task field and it will be “un-highlighted” indicating that it has been correctly interpreted as normal text. Check out the video for an example!
