Episode 29 – Radical Remote Team Building With Rob Gelb

Rob Gelb, co-founder of Kindaba, BriefingRoom, and more, joined me on the Real World Productivity podcast for a great discussion of teams, remote working, effective team communication, and so much more.

Rob’s experience in a wide range of business activities has given him the experience to grow a remote team that practices effective communication that gets results and keeps things like meetings going on forever while being up front and honest…sounds good, right?

As an action oriented person, his take on team building and effective communication within a business was very helpful and something that I’m going to be looking to implement myself.

We covered several more topics, including the strengths of co-founders and why you should be having some fairly serious conversations up front, along with what those conversations can tell you – if you haven’t yet, go listen to the podcast!

With every guest to the podcast, I ask them what their current book recommendation is – here’s the pick for this episode: The Founder’s Dilemmas

Listen to this week’s show and learn:

  • Why specific remote systems may not work for all
  • How to learn & implement effective communication in your business
  • Strengths behind having co-founders & the conversations you should be having
